Job summary

RN Services Private Duty Care is seeking skilled caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes in Ballwin, MO. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate in-home care with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Competitive pay ($20-$23/hour) and options for full or part-time work are available, along with paid training, a referral program, and paid orientations to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Vehicle insured per state RN Services policy.
• Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities.
• Complete all physical demands including lifting, standing, walking.
• CPR certified or certification required within 90 days of hire (reimbursement).
• Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide care agreed upon by the Client or Client's family and Nurse Case Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, med management, vital signs, home tasks, and documentation.
• Comply with RN Services Private Duty Care's policies and procedures, including HIPAA, dress code, and weekend/holiday availability policies.
