Responsibilities

Under the direct/indirect supervision of a registered nurse, provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living/instrumental activities of daily living services to clients.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. Recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting or recent experience as a Home Health Aide. Student Nurse with medical-surgical clinical experience.
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3. Must pass written test with at least an 80% test score.
4. B.L.S. from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire. Nurse’s Aide State Certification is optional.
5. Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
