WE NEED NURSES.... we currently have an abundance of opportunities in the Flint, Grand Blanc, Clio, Mt. Morris, Durand and the Saginaw area.

Centria Healthcare works hard to provide in home nursing care for children born with respiratory complications. Shift times vary from 8hrs a day up to 12 hrs a day. We offer flexible nurse driven scheduling. We have part time opportunities as well as full time opportunities. You can even work with Centria as a supplement to your current job. The opportunities are endless.

We are looking for a nurse that is ready to take a step back from the chaotic hospital environment and work one-on-one with a child in their home. Home Health nurses are heroes in Centria's mind. Without home health nurses, these children would live at the hospital never knowing what it feels like to be home.YOUcan make a difference- even if it is only one day a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
• TBI + SCI rehabilitation
• Pediatrics /Geriatrics
• Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
• Gastrostomy tube care
• Dispensing medications
• Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
• Report any changes
• Document observed changes
• Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
• Maintains professional nature within the home setting

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
• Current state license as an RN or LPN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR certified

Schedule:
