CIEL Senior Living seeks a Private Duty/Home Care Aide to provide compassionate non-medical support and companionship in clients' homes with a flexible schedule. The role includes assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers and light housekeeping, while promoting independence and safety.

Responsibilities include arranging transportation, coordinating with families and care teams, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; state regulations may apply.
• Demonstrates ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Effective communication with residents, families and team members is essential.
• Ability to perform basic reading/writing tasks and document observations.

Responsabilités

• Non-medical hands-on care including dressing, bathing, grooming, and transfers.
• Provide one-on-one companionship to clients.
• Assist with medication administration as defined in procedures.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for clients.
• Support transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Attend required training and communicate client status changes to the supervisor.
