CIEL Senior Living is seeking a Private Duty/Home Care Aide to provide non-medical care and companionship with a flexible schedule in Illinois. You will help with daily activities, support independence, and assist with transportation and errands while following individualized plans of care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in English with residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID; driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and communicate in English with residents and associates.
• Makes basic decisions based on guidelines with supervision as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical hands-on care including dressing, bathing, grooming and transfers.
• Offer one-on-one companionship and support independence.
• Assist with medication as defined in procedures (non-medical).
• Perform housekeeping tasks per client plan (laundry, rooms, dining, living areas, bathrooms, kitchen).
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Attend required trainings and communicate changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Deliver personal care per individualized care plan.
