Job summary

Empath Personal Care, a part of Empath Health, is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (PRN) to serve patients in their homes within Sarasota & Manatee counties. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling, competitive weekly pay, and the support of a mission-driven organization delivering Full Life Care.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate personal care, supporting comfort and independence, coordinating with families and clinicians, and reporting any changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA) or HHA certification.
• CPR certification (in-house classes available).
• Minimum of six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and drive within service area.

What You'll Need
