Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in Palm Bay, Melbourne, and Rockledge. This role includes essential in-home care, daily living support, and light housekeeping. Competitive pay and the opportunity to join a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in home health care or related field.
• Current HHA license or CNA license.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Level II background check as part of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Vital signs checks and medication assistance.
• Transfers and mobility support including use of lifting devices.
• Transportation to appointments and home management tasks.

Pay Range: $16-18/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
