Job summary

The ideal candidate has CNA certification, CPR/BLS, at least 1 year of nurse aide experience (home care preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior Nurse Aide work experience in a home care setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, comfort measures, environmental services, and specified treatments for a specified number of patients as determined by department standards and plan of care.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient care as directed by RN/LPN and department standards.
• Participates positively in training and support of team members, volunteers and students as needed.

Education

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP)

CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/ARC

Valid Driver's License
