Position Details

• Location: Hornbeak, TN
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
• Support home management tasks such as housekeeping and shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• State licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide, or completion of a recognized training program or recent experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
