Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant for McKenzie, TN. The role offers nights, full-time hours, and opportunities to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a home setting.

You will deliver 1:1 care under RN supervision, perform documentation in our EMR system, and assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping according to patient needs.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA certification or state licensure as a CNA/Home Health Aide as required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks.
• Assist with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring.
• Support home management tasks including light housekeeping and shopping.
