Assured Healthcare Staffing is seeking CNAs to care for a private duty client in Palatine, IL. The CNA will provide physical care and emotional support, demonstrating dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. The role requires empathy and ongoing support for the client.

Job Details

• Location: Palatine, IL
• Hours: Currently need CNAs for 24-hour shifts; consideration for 12-hour shifts. Eventually, shifts will reduce to 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with balance support; experience with gait belts preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Illinois CNA license (IDPH Registry)
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Previous CNA experience
• Gait belt experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds
• Current negative TB test or Chest X-Ray
• Current physical and CPR certification
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug testing
