Phoenix Home Care in Springfield, MO is hiring an immediate full-time caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with guaranteed hours and 35-hour weeks, plus mileage reimbursement and paid training.

This role emphasizes building one-on-one connections, assisting with daily living activities, mobility transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and errands.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and provide safe transfers.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers and feeding assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Run errands and monitor changes in condition.
