Landing Point is seeking a finance professional to support the CFO and manage finance responsibilities for its Private Credit strategy. Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Investment Advisor or public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO for Private Credit finance needs
• Understand complex investment structures and tax, legal, and book implications for funds
• Assist in fundraising requests from prospective and information requests from investors
• Review fund returns and investor reporting materials
• Review quarterly and annual fund financial statements including management fee payments and carried interest allocations
• Manage year-end audit process and liaise with outside accountants
• Perform analytical review of quarterly balance sheets and income statements
• Review capital call and distribution activity
