We are seeking a Private Credit Analyst or Associate to join our investment team. Position and compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.

The Analyst/Associate will support portfolio management, financial analysis, and new investment opportunities. The role offers exposure to a variety of industries and the opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company management teams in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PE sponsors and management teams to oversee portfolio company performance, implement strategic growth initiatives, and execute operational improvements;
• Create and analyze reports related to our portfolio companies' financials and valuations;
• Maintain information and reports in key databases (CRM and portfolio management);
• Analyze investment opportunities, including due diligence and underwriting processes, financial modeling, industry research, and assisting in the preparation of investment memorandums;
• Prepare term sheets, letters of intent and transaction review documents;
• Organize and maintain a robust pipeline of investment opportunities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and complete assignments, often under pressure of tight deadlines.
