The team covers senior secured direct lending, unitranche facilities, mezzanine debt, and other structured credit opportunities, offering exposure to a broad range of transactions with active deal flow.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in related fields (IB, Leveraged Finance, Sponsors).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite private credit investment opportunities.
• Build and analyze financial models, cash flow forecasts, and capital structure analyses.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including company, industry, and management assessments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal approval processes.
• Support transaction execution and deal structuring efforts.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and identify additional financing opportunities.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle.
