Cooley LLP in Palo Alto is seeking an associate for its elite, global corporate practice. The role targets attorneys with four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies.

Ideal candidates will have experience serving high-growth businesses in formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. A background in a national or international law firm and a strong academic record from a recognized law school are expected.

Cooley’s Palo Alto office is looking for an associate to join its elite, global corporate practice. Associates with four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal applicants will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Candidates should have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and demonstrate a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000-$390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
