Job summary

Driftwood Golf & Ranch Club, part of Discovery Land Company, seeks a Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. You will contribute to a great member and guest dining experience through excellent service, menu knowledge, and attention to detail during dining.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of serving experience in a high-end setting, knowledge of wines and beverages, and a commitment to safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service environment.
• Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and local food safety standards; ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate.
• Robust knowledge of wines and beverages.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and communication with members/guests and team members.
• Greet guests politely and anticipate needs to enhance their experience.
• Present knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials; make recommendations.
• Enter all transactions into POS and close sales according to policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
