Responsibilities

• Assists servers in set-up, service, and clean-up tasks.
• Serves water as guests are seated.
• Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
• Removes soiled dishes and linen; replaces with clean items.
• Sets tables with silverware and glassware; maintains dining room cleanliness.
• Stocks servers' station with supplies and keeps ice bins filled.
• Takes packaged take-out orders to reception for member pick-up.
• Attends pre-service training and supports banquet setup when needed.
• Ensures compliance with club policies for serving alcoholic beverages.
