Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team and partner with the Communications & Content Manager. The role focuses on creating engaging digital and print content, capturing events, and keeping members informed with timely communications.

The ideal candidate brings private club communications experience and strong digital media skills, including video production, drone footage, and multimedia editing. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Private club communications experience is required.
Digital media production including video and drone work is essential.
Proficiency with photo/video editing software needed (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CMS and basic design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Member Communications: produce high-quality internal and external content.
Digital Media & Video Production: capture and edit photos, videos, and drone footage; edit with preferred software.
Social Media Management: maintain Club presence on social platforms and publish brand-consistent content.
Website & Digital Updates: manage flyers, announcements, and event listings; assist members with navigation.
Print & Signage Production: finalize and print menus, signage, and lifestyle materials; support departments.
