Job summary

Capital City Club in Brookhaven is seeking a full-time Bartender to deliver world-class service in our dining rooms. The role requires at least 2 years of bartending, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience; private clubs a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Ability to input data accurately into the POS system.
• High-energy, fun-loving personality with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar daily and maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and adherence to recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Practice beverage and revenue control procedures.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
