Qualifications

• Active securities licenses are required or must be obtained prior to start.
• Experience supporting financial advisors and wealth planning is valuable.
• Familiarity with Know Your Customer and regulatory procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors by processing operational requests and maintaining client relations.
• Assist with wealth planning and referral source management to grow book of business.
• Prepare performance reports and participate in account reviews with timely updates.
• Engage in risk management and complete Know Your Customer procedures and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with operational forms and documentation; uphold firm procedures.
• Prioritize daily work and help sustain a collaborative team culture.
