Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking in Cambridge, MA. You will be the main point of contact for affluent clients, managing their banking relationships with an advisory approach to grow balances and deepen client trust.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs, while promoting 24/7 self-service access and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7 and state registrations required or must be completed within 180 days.
• Adherence to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client within the branch.
• Manage client relationships and growth of balances through an advisory approach.
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for tailored needs.
• Promote self-service options for clients’ 24/7 access to accounts.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
