Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers in the branch. You will manage relationships end-to-end and proactively generate growth by referrals and leveraging internal sources.

The role focuses on an advice-based approach, coordinating with specialists to meet complex financial needs, and enabling convenient access to accounts through 24/7 self-service options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank, Truth in Lending, FINRA/SIE/Series 6/7 requirements or ability to obtain).
• Compliance with applicable banking laws and internal policies.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options access 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
