Overview

• The role focuses on sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration matters, including high-net-worth trust and estate planning and administration, with a requirement for knowledge of relevant Florida state and federal tax laws.
• Preferred experience includes domestic estate planning (covering succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving), estate planning for retirement assets, and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.
• Day Pitney's Trusts & Estates practice is nationally recognized for its sophisticated private client work on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries, holding a Band 1 ranking in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide since 2016.
• The firm offers a hybrid work environment, providing attorneys the ability to work remotely two days per week.
• Candidates are expected to have a demonstrated interest in actively working in and being involved in the Boca Raton and/or West Palm Beach community.
