Clark Nuber PS seeks a Tax Manager to join its Private Client Services team in Bellevue, WA. You will design and execute tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and related entities, building lasting client relationships and guiding tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA license or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting with supervisory responsibilities.
• Pass a background check, including a credit check, to remain eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements by planning, scheduling, monitoring and reviewing compliance work; delegate tasks to staff and communicate with clients and team.
• Review staff work papers and returns for accuracy and compliance with professional standards and regulations; approve processing of returns.
• Provide consulting services on tax planning and compliance; assist clients with IRS examinations, appeals and related matters.
• Manage client relationships through proactive communication, timely responses and deadline tracking.
• Support practice development: assist in proposals, attend networking events and gather information for potential clients.
• Present in-house technical training for staff and participate in required CPE.
