The role requires CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and 5+ years of individual income tax experience, including trust taxes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• CPA required and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Five or more years of applicable experience in individual income tax planning and compliance.
• Experience with trust income tax compliance a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to high net worth individuals, executives, and business owners per RubinBrown standards.
• Demonstrate technical competence in income tax planning and compliance.
• Manage engagements in a consistently profitable manner.
• Review client engagement paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise and develop team members; mentor and coach as needed.
• Provide timely performance feedback to support the firm’s process.
