CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for high net worth clients and closely held businesses in New Jersey. You will manage preparation and review of Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, and related returns, while guiding a team of tax professionals.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with deep technical knowledge in tax provisions, compliance, and advanced planning, with a proven track record supervising and developing teams.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 710 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or private client services (high net worth).
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual (1040), corporate (1120, 1120-S), partnership, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax provisions, and advanced planning strategies.
• Experience with C-Corp, S-Corp, partnership taxation, and private client matters (trusts, estates).
• Proven leadership supervising teams and managing multiple engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation, review, and sign-off of complex individual (1040) and corporate (1120, 1120-S) tax returns for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Manage technical tax research and position development for federal, state, and international issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of senior staff and managers; provide coaching for professional development.
• Oversee client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex tax questions, including partnerships and estate planning.
• Partner with business development teams to cultivate client relationships and cross-sell tax services.
