Jobot is seeking a Private Client Tax Director/Partner to join our CPA firm in San Antonio, TX. This on-site, permanent role offers a direct director/partner track with leadership of tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and flow-through entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license (or EA/JD) required.
• Significant public accounting experience in the past 5–7 years.
• Strong technical experience in HNWIs and flow-through entity tax.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and advising on complex tax returns and tax accounting matters.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and ability to oversee engagement delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Director/Principal candidates should build client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
