Andersen Tax LLC is seeking a Tax Director-level professional for its Private Client Services group in the US. You will oversee complex income tax returns, guide client communications, and mentor senior staff while directing tax projects for high-net-worth families and entities.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration across service lines, with strong focus on tax planning, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in accounting with private client focus.
• CPA or EA credential required or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proficient in tax planning and multi-state filings.
• Ability to manage engagements and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee complex income tax returns, federal and multi-state.
• Maintain client communications to manage expectations and deadlines.
• Lead and mentorAssociates, Senior Associates, and Managers.
• Participate in local office and firm-wide initiatives.
• Plan and direct tax projects; develop tax planning strategies.
• Provide formal PCS and on-the-job training in leadership.
• Engage in business development and proposals with clients.
