This role supports Private Client Bankers and lenders in a fast-paced environment, handling inquiries and processing transactions with care. Ideal candidates have a High School Degree and 3+ years in financial services, with strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook experience and a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• High School Degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry and customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for lenders with standard portfolios within a specific market.
• Handle daily customer requests via phone and system (e.g., account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing).
• Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing packages, data entry, and coordinating with internal teams.
