Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, retail or commercial banking preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize competing demands.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the frontline primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional day-to-day service, support, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial Bankers and key internal partners to ensure each client’s needs are met efficiently and consistently while maintaining a strong focus on service, accuracy, and communication.
• Process daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, troubleshooting, wire processing, advances, transfers, and pay downs on loans.
• Maintain working knowledge of Wintrust products, services, policy, and processes while providing accurate, up-to-date information to clients as needed.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
