• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and supervise paralegals.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• New York Bar Admission or the ability towaivein.
• LL.M. and strong tax background required.
• 5-7 years of substantivelaw firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills , including experience with complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations , tax calculations and analysis , and administering estates from probate throughclosing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

• Competitive Salary : Expected annual base salary of $385,000, as determined by experience and market factors
