Acloché LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Private Client Services Practice Group in New York City. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of estate and tax planning experience for high-net-worth individuals and a strong tax background.

• LL.M. and strong tax background required.
• 5–7 years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills, including complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing.

Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration.
• Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs.
• Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met.
