Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a senior attorney to lead trust and estate planning and administration for high-net-worth clients, with a focus on sophisticated tax planning and controversy avoidance. You will advise on complex estate matters, and represent clients before the IRS as needed.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of transactional experience in estate planning, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. LL.M. in tax is preferred but not required.

Our nationally recognized team has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques, creating and administering family offices, decanting and modifying trusts, administering complex estates, planning with respect to business interests, art, and other unusual assets, analyzing complex transfer tax issues, and handling tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
Assist clients with trust and estate planning and administration, providing counsel on complex tax issues and representing clients before the IRS.
Compensation range: $365,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
