Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management's Private Advisor team is seeking a Client Associate to work closely with high-net-worth clients. You will handle account openings, asset transfers, cash management, and client communications with precision.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in client service within finance, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Series 7/66 is preferred or a plan to obtain them.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years client service experience within financial industry.
• Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Account opening and maintenance.
• Transferring assets and money movement.
• Cash management and RMDs.
• Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration of client accounts.
• Prepare client correspondence and reports for meetings.
• Attend client meetings as necessary and present client performance.
