Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Private Client Service Associate in San Francisco to deliver impeccable client service, manage inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You will support presentations, onboarding, and travel logistics while maintaining up-to-date client records.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, proactive collaboration, and strong communication across teams to meet sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary liaison for client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Coordinates with Practice and centralized operations teams to monitor activity on client accounts.
  • Participates in execution of PWAs business plan, including sales and client retention goals.
  • Attends client/intermediary meetings as appropriate and prepares materials.
  • Onboards new client accounts, makes travel arrangements, and manages expense reports.
  • Manages the practice inbox, documents meeting notes, and keeps client information up to date.
  • Handles customized client requests (reporting, trading).
  • Organizes conversations with CG specialists.

You will act as a liaison between Practice and centralized operations teams, monitoring completion of activities related to client accounts.
