Job summary

Chase, the Private Client Banking division of JPMorgan Chase, seeks a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients at the branch. You will manage the client relationship end-to-end, using an advice-based approach to safeguard their banking needs and grow balances.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to mortgage bankers and relationship managers, offering tailored education and access to self-service options around the clock.

Qualifications

• Proven track record using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related licensing requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
