Brown Advisory is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver highly customized client service within Private Client Service. You will work alongside Client Service Advisors and senior staff to handle onboarding, asset transfers, reporting, and documentation while maintaining accurate CRM records.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in financial services or client support, with strong MS Office skills and a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach.

Private Client Service delivers highly customized and comprehensive service to our clients. As a key member of this team, the Relationship Associate will execute on a range of client requests while maintaining proactive account administration. The Relationship Associate will follow the firm's best practices to ensure that all client-related activity is completed in a prompt, accurate, and thorough manner. Additional responsibilities include workflow coordination with the broader client-facing team related to clients' investments, estate planning, and account administration.
Ability to work in the Washington office location

Salary: $65-$82k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
