Responsibilities

  • Manage client service activities for high net worth clients with high-touch communication and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with outside advisors (attorneys, accountants) for seamless service delivery.
  • Understand trusts, endowments, foundations, LLCs, partnerships and other complex entities.
  • Organize and oversee client meetings from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain account activities including onboarding, transactions, and recurring deliverables.
  • Prepare client letters and communications tailored to individual needs.
  • Complete customized analyses and reporting as requested by clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Job description

Our client is a privately held investment and advisory firm that provides wealth management and financial solutions for clients worldwide. The Private Client Relationship Advisor will deliver high-quality client service, managing complex relationships for high net worth families, family offices, endowments, and foundations. This is a direct hire full time position, onsite, based in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage all client service-related activities for high net worth clients, including high-touch communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate with outside advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Understand trust administration, endowments, foundations, LLCs, partnerships, and other complex entities
  • Organize and oversee client meetings from initiation to completion
  • Maintain all account activities such as onboarding, transactions, and recurring deliverables
  • Understand fiduciary applications relevant to client relationships
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare client letters and communications tailored to individual needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in wealth management or fiduciary services
  • Experience with trusts, fiduciary relationships, and complex client structures
  • Strong financial record-keeping and accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Tact, discretion, and sound judgment handling sensitive information
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
  • Multi-tasker with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high ethical standards
  • Ability to work in Washington, D.C. office location
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CTFA certification
  • Demonstrated management and leadership abilities to mentor Junior colleagues
