Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Private Client Operations Manager in our Private Client Services group. You will lead a distributed team of client operations professionals, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements to support high‑net‑worth clients across the country.

A minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 3 in people management is required; a college degree is preferred. You should influence others, show sound judgment, analyze complex data, communicate clearly, and use AI tools

• Demonstrates a strong business acumen, contributing to improvements in processes, communication, leadership, and development.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and applying insights to support informed decision-making.
• Know how to use AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to optimize work processes.

As a Private Client Operations Manager in our Private Client Services group, you will be an experienced leader with comprehensive knowledge of client operations ideally within the high-net-worth space. You will be responsible for leading team members located in offices across the country, serving as a mentor, coach, and contributor to the overall business. You will anticipate, facilitate, and advance operations through process improvements, defect resolution, and enhancements to workflows and team tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple business area stakeholders to drive related Client Operations and broad Private Client Services initiatives forward.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $141,648-$226,637

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
