Job summary

Taylor Rose is inviting qualified solicitors and allied lawyers to join a consultant programme, offering the freedom to work from home, from one of our offices, or both. You can select clients, fees, hours and volume of work while earning a competitive revenue share.

PII coverage, access to nationwide facilities, Westlaw, and practical law precedents are included, with dedicated support and business development resources.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, FCILEx or CLC lawyer or equivalent.
• Willing to operate as a self-employed consultant and manage your own client base.
• Ability to work remotely or from multiple offices across the country.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal client base within a flexible, consultant framework.
• Negotiate fees and hours with clients and maintain billing records.
• Collaborate with Taylor Rose teams as needed while operating independently.
