Job summary

CCIG is seeking an Insurance Advisor in Denver to drive growth within the Private Client Group. You will attract, advise, and retain high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and ongoing risk management.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive prospecting, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a track record in consultative sales in insurance/financial services, with licensing to practice in CO or TX.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Insurance/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities within Private Client Group.
Conduct needs assessments and present customized insurance proposals.
Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing risk management advice.
Collaborate with account managers, marketing, and carriers to secure optimal coverage.
Negotiate with carriers to meet client needs and pricing.
Develop an annual business plan aligned with company goals.
Deliver tailored services to foster long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Stay current with market trends and regulatory requirements relevant to private client insurance.
Represent CCIG at industry events and in the community.
