Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients within a Chase Branch, delivering personalized banking solutions with a focus on relationship growth and exceptional hospitality.

You will manage end-to-end banking relationships, solicit referrals, and collaborate with product specialists to meet clients' financial needs while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales.
• Ability to acquire new clients and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail.
• Must meet risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required (or obtained within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use Chase technology such as the Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
