Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients. You will manage the complete banking relationship, proactively generating growth and referring clients to Specialists for specialized needs.

You will work with clients to access self-service options, adhere to regulatory requirements, and participate in a team-oriented environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related regulatory requirements.
• NMLS/SAFE Act registration requirements and related compliance.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
