Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients. You will manage their complete banking relationship, generating growth in balances and acquiring new clients through referrals and internal/external sources.

You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts for specialized needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• SIE exam/FINRA Series 6/7 and state registrations required or must be completed within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options access to accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
