Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking who will manage affluent clients' banking relationships and drive growth through referrals and internal/external sources.

Responsibilities include advising on products and coordinating with specialists to meet complex financial needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a customer-focused, relationship-driven approach and availability to work branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with applicable licensing and registration requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and state registrations) or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options access 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
