Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking. The role is the main contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship with a proactive, education-focused approach to grow balances and revenue.

You will work with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs, and promote self-service options. Weekend/evening hours may be required in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a value-added, relationship-focused approach to grow client relationships
• 1+ year in Branch Banking or equivalent with success in acquiring and maintaining clients and revenue
• Regulatory licensing requirements including SIE, Series 6/7, 63/66 as applicable or completed within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements
• National mortgage licensing (NMLS) registration/activation as applicable
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Actively manages banking relationships with affluent clients using an advice-based approach
• Connect clients to specialists for customized financial needs
• Promote self-service options to provide 24/7 access to accounts
• Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Develop new clients by soliciting referrals and leveraging internal/external sources
