Qualifications

• Value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking or equivalent financial services experience with new client acquisition.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act expectations.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase clients at the Branch.
• Manage clients’ banking relationships with a proactive approach to growth.
• Acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing sources.
• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Provide advice-based service to match clients with suitable products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Guide and enable self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere to regulatory banking requirements.
