Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage a select group of affluent clients within our branch. You will grow the banking relationship through a proactive, advice-based approach and collaborate with Specialists to meet complex financial needs.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record in client acquisition, and compliance with banking regulations. Weekend and some evening hours are required as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act; annual renewals and updates.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
