Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Boston area seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and help grow customer balances through proactive relationship management. You will acquire new clients, solicit referrals, and coordinate with Specialists to meet complex financial needs.

The role requires strong relationship skills, a track record in branch banking, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses must be completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
